Powerhouse Gym - Downtown Santa Rosa on 5th street is a 3-story, 25,000 square-foot gym conveniently located in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa, adjacent to the Santa Rosa Mall. Owner/operator Catt Tripoli has been an integral part of the North Bay fitness scene for nearly two decades (formerly 5th Street Fitness).

Studio Fit 515 is our large group fitness and personal training studio located on the third floor. Offering over 30 group fitness classes weekly, including Cycle Jam, Insanity, Sculpt & Burn, BodyPump, Yoga, Cardio Dance, Fit to the Core, Silver Sneakers, Kick Boxing, Butts & Gutts and more! Always evolving our classes to fit the needs of our clients.
