We strive to provide top of the line results at affordable rates while keeping a positive, productive and safe training environment. As the owner of Powerhouse Training I have a passion for getting motivated individuals to the next level. I am proud of the results I have been able to produce but at the same time I am prouder of the type of individuals I have been able to be associated with over those years. Our goal is to not only create better athletes but better people. We are excited to present our new facility and provide a setting where young athletes can train side by side with top div. 1 and professional athletes. As a former professional athlete myself I know what it's like to have a dream and to scratch and claw my way to the top. I know what it’s like to get overlooked and told that I wasn’t good enough to make it to the next level. There is no better feeling then outworking the rest of the pack and not only proving everyone else wrong but proving yourself right all along. I’m excited to be able to draw from those experiences and help others share that one of a kind feeling.
