MEET THE DENTIST:
Dr. Stephan Caye was born and raised in southeast Lee’s Summit, MO. He takes great pride in returning to his hometown and helping his community. After graduating from Lee’s Summit High School, he received his undergraduate education at Missouri State University. He used his Board of Governor’s academic scholarship to attain a Bachelor’s of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology. After his undergraduate studies, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at UMKC’s School of Dentistry with an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry and endodontics.

Dr. Caye enjoys spending time with his growing family. He has been happily married since 2010 to his wife, Sarah, and has a two year old boy, Trevin. His family is expected to grow with the addition of another baby boy expedcted to arrive in December, 2016. He also enjoys playing soccer and golf with his father and older brother. He is an all-around Kansas City sports fan with his favorite professional teams being the Chiefs, Royals, and Sporting Kansas City. A fun fact about Dr. Caye is that his French heritage lead him to propose to his wife on the Eiffel Tower while vacationing in Paris.

At Premier Dental, we use state-of-the-art technology to provide high quality dentistry while saving you time and trips to our office. A few of our technology gadgets that set us apart from other offices include:

• Cerec scanner- takes digital scans of your teeth without the need of messy impression materials
• Cerec milling unit- produces life-like crowns that are delivered the same day eliminating the inconvenience and need for temporary crowns
• Intra-oral cameras- allows us to better communicate your dental needs by showing you color photos of your teeth and gums
• Digital x-rays and panoramic machine- provides high resolution images enabling early cavity detection and conservative treatments

We will not be a preferred provider for Metlife or Principal but will file claims on your behalf. To offset any increases in your out-of-pocket expenses, we will offer a 20% discount to patients with these insurance plans. On average, this discount allows us to offer a lower out-of-pocket expense as compared to a preferred provider.

PAYMENT/FINANCING:
Premier Dental strives to make dental care affordable and convenient. With highly competitive fees for the area, we can help maximize your yearly insurance benefits and keep your out-of-pocket portion to a minimum. Our friendly staff will verify your insurance benefits and estimate the portion that will be owed by you and your insurance before any procedure occurs. We do not like financial surprises and we know that you do not either.

We do expect payment the day of service for all treatment. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, health savings accounts, cash, and checks. Also, for out-of-pocket treatment plans over $250, we offer CareCredit to help finance treatment. CareCredit is an interest-free health expense credit card that allows you to spread payments out over one year. This enables you to get the care that you need without wrecking your budget.

Hours of operation-
As a new dental practice, the doctor will be in the office only 3 days per week including Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. However, we are flexible on appointment times and can accommodate your busy schedule. Please call to ask if any extended hours are required for your convenience. Also, emergency calls will be promptly returned 24/7 and every effort will be made to see any patient in pain the day of the call.

Monday: 9:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Doctor on call
Wednesday: 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Doctor on call
Friday: 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
