Our students learn to depend on themselves for their safety rather than depend on others and to understand that they have multiple options in obtaining that safety.

Prepared To Be Safe™ understands that firearms are only one option in an individual’s ability to depend on themselves for their safety and recommends that each individual discover and use the method right for him or her.

Prepared To Be Safe™ provides the ability to learn in a safe and accepting environment. While Prepared To Be Safe™ specifically promotes the empowerment of women, education and empowerment of men is also important.
