Long before Prism opened in the heart of Long Beach's historic Belmont Heights, it was a vision in the mind of owner Dayna Mance. Today, the boutique is a reflection of Dayna's daydreams, a warm, inviting home for her expertly-curated collection of unique apparel and accessories. From airy, bohemian wardrobe essentials to edgy, statement-making pieces and specialty jewelry from across the globe—and locally from Long Beach and Los Angeles—Prism is at once modern and comfortably chic.
Featuring such up-and-coming clothing designers as Indah and Bless’ed are the Meek—plus a selection of rare stones and Native American turquoise and silver—Prism is already a must-shop destination for free-spirited, fashion-minded women. But that's not where the story ends. Evolution and innovation are obsessions for Dayna, who—along with her husband and a few artist friends—built Prism’s gorgeous, gallery-esque interior, a playful mix of ethnic rugs, fabrics and tapestries paired with angular wood furniture, hand-crafted copper fixtures and locally-sourced driftwood.
In the future, Dayna plans to introduce personal shopping for customers, drawing from her experience as a manager with Anthropologie—and of course, her own signature look. In the meantime, be sure to stop in for a chat and discover how Prism can reflect your style.
