We believe that there are six (6) basic, everyday, functional movements that are required of all of us in order to live a healthy and active life: Squat, Lunge, Horizontal Press, Vertical Press, Horizontal Pull, and a Vertical Pull.
As we age, the ability to accomplish these basic life movements begins to fade due to inactivity, injury, disease, etc. Thus, living an active lifestyle and being able to care for ourselves ceases.
We have no choice but to reteach and retrain the muscles that are required for living. This is where we come in.
