With a strong focus on achieving and measuring succes our coaches meet clients and create plans to:
1) Clarify and set goals that encourage wellness and success
2) Create action plans to creat positive change step-by-step with our clients.
3) Offer support, and motivation to our clients throughout the process
4) Empower client success by helping to create solid measurable goals and implement plans built on increasing independence of the client.
5) Maintain client successes by collaborating on sessions geared toward following up on old goals and creating new ones.

Services include guidance and motivational coaching, academic/ professional development coaching, and personal goal coaching. Available for individual sessions and professional development meetings.

Skype sessions are available. A sliding fee scale is available for lower income clients (everyone deserves access to success)!
