The Provo Towne Centre (PROVO) Facebook Fan page (www.facebook.com/ProvoTowneCentre) is a page on which fans of PROVO can meet, engage, and communicate with one another and PROVO electronically. PROVO welcomes any and all fans to participate in conversation with each other and PROVO itself at any time and for any reason.
If at any time a member of the PROVO Facebook community chooses to communicate using offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate language, or expresses or makes references fraudulent or illegal, PROVO reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to remove said post and permanently block said user. Similarly, if a member of the PROVO Facebook community posts advertisements or any other content that is deemed inappropriate, irrelevant, or misplaced, PROVO also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove these posts and ban these users. In short, PROVO reserves the right to remove posts, feedback, comments, etc. from any user from the PROVO page at any time and at its sole discretion.
Any user violating the Provo Towne Centre Facebook Moderation Policy is subject to removal from the page without notice. If you see anything on the PROVO Facebook page that you think should be brought to the attention of PROVO, please message us where to find the item in question and we will respond accordingly. We ask all observers of the PROVO Facebook page to remember that any posts made by any entity other than PROVO do not reflect the opinions of Provo Towne Centre and PROVO is not responsible for the accuracy or content.
