Pryde Athletics offers an innovative approach to training - with a goal of developing a solid foundation for each client. This facility offers training services for everyone! Whether you are a youth, highschool, or college athlete, a mom, dad, or grandparent, we look to help you achieve the goals that you desire!

Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and post-rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. Clients are closely supervised as the strength coach takes them through each workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety. All groups are lead by our qualified staff members to allow maximum attention. We want to teach you how to move well!
