Casey Marshek, MS, CPT

Casey has been serving her community in the form of wellness counseling since 2002. She feels her mission in this industry is to help empower others to love their bodies and learn to live well. There is a transformation process in achieving health and it is unnecessary for it to be uncomfortable or intimidating.

Casey believes that many grow emotionally while transforming their lives physically and nutritionally. Her empathetic, lifestyle coaching approach makes it an easy transition into a health conscious, informed lifestyle. The educational process to her systems has been perfected during her tenure and experience working with thousands of clients.

She specializes in weight loss, prenatal/postpartum wellness, prenatal nutrition, family nutrition, and special populations.

Casey studied Health Promotion & Business at Central College. She achieved her Master's of Science in Health and Nutrition Education from Hawthorn University. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, running, hiking, and spending time with her beautiful daughter.
