I know how to handle the hard cases...

* Your cat from hell...I pride myself in being able to groom cats that have been shunned from others and then forced to be sedated at the vets.

* Puppies...Ahhh the puppies!! I take my time because everything is new to them! The sounds, smells and sites! Not to mention me trying to clip nails, pluck ears, clipper noise, the brush and bath and OMG! All while trying to keep the pup happy and learn!!?? It MUST be a positive experience....I will deliver that! If we just start with the basics and not everything at once....then that's what we'll do.

* Seniors....My 3 dogs lasted until 16-18 years old so I understand dignity when certain bodily functions go south. I will help remedy this with a sanitary clip, bath and anything else your fur-baby can "stand' for.
