Morning Exercises- This class is for the early birds! People who do exercise early in the morning tend to stick with the routine. This class is an aerobic like exercise.
Circuit- For men and women! This class is a mix of Zumba and using our shock resistance machines.
Hula-Hoop Fitness- This is an exhilarating workout that combines aerobic and conditioning exercises with hooping to spin up some serious fitness fun.
Gentle Yoga- Come and Relax! It can be helpful for people recovering from injuries or surgery, or who have joint replacements and need to explore postures slowly and carefully.
Zumba- Zumba is a aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and preformed primarily to Latin American dance music.
Ballroom Dancing- Ballroom Dancing is a formal social dancing in couples, popular as a recreation and also as a competitive activity.
