Quebedeaux's earned its reputation by serving GREAT authentic Creole Cajun food and in part from being one of the first to sell Boudin and Cracklin king cakes. They are available year-round not just during Mardi Gras. Chef John Valenzuela learned to create such recipes from scratch from the best. He worked alongside internationally-known chef Paul Prudhomme for many years.
