Why Groups?
Acts 2:42-47 talks about how the early church met in large groups for worship but also as small groups in homes for building deeper relationships and devoting themselves to spiritual growth. So, spiritual growth takes place in the context of community where we can encourage each other to follow Jesus.

Experience Life meets in small groups, called Life Transformation Groups (LTG), during the week for accountability in spiritual disciplines. These groups are open to everyone regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. We want to create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. This is a great place to learn more about what the Bible has to say about your everyday life. We want you to feel totally comfortable. You are welcome to just come and listen.

The purposes of LTGs are:

1. Accountability: we want to “devote ourselves” to being disciples by living out the truths communicated in sermons and by growing in spiritual disciplines that will change our lives.

2. Service: we want to be a blessing to our city through LTGs that are meeting needs in Jesus’ name.

3. Multiplication: we want to make disciples that make more disciples through our leadership development and multiplication process: attend, apprentice, lead, and coach.
