More about Ramen-Ya

Ramen-Ya started in 2010 as ramen-izakaya by Mr. Musashi who is Kendo-man. (Swordsmanship)
Mr. Musashi became the Kendo champion in Japan when he was a university student and came to the USA and became the Kendo champion in USA as well.
Since Mr. Musashi loves ramen very much, he had been eating ramen every day when he has been in Japan and studied the ramen himself.
His dream was to have his own ramen restaurant and finally opened.
At first, it was a ramen-izakaya style named "Ronin" (masterless samurai).
Then, he moved in downtown and changed the style to ramen restaurant named “Ramen-Ya”.
Ramen-Ya has a lot of Samurai menu which is Musashi (Pork tonkotsu), Kojiro (Chicken paitan), Ushiwakamaru (Cold beef ramen ) etc.
Because he loves Samurai and his master was Mr. Nakakura called "Musashi of the Showa era".
Mr. Musashi is still training the ramen and teaching Kendo currently.
