Raw Fitness is a total-body workout designed around basic movement patterns the human body is designed to do. Workouts progress using an undulating periodization rep scheme to keep a varied stimulus on the body for optimal muscle growth. Intensity is dictated by the individual based on their experience, conditioning, and level of movement capabilities. All participants are assessed prior to workouts to determine any restrictions or mobility issues that may need to be addressed for the least restricted, and pain-free workouts.
