Constructed in 1924 and was listed on the National Register in 1980. Morris Scheibel and Edgar Stanely designed the Realty and were both local architects of Youngstown. The complex is a 13-story building clad in light brown masonry with intricately patterned terracotta detailing. Unlike most urban structures located on constricted sites and left with only one or two window exposures, the Realty is exposed on all four sides and has a grid of large windows, which allow for an abundance of natural light and open views.
