Rebel Pie is a family-owned, artisan alternative to the mass-produced, commercial pizzas found on every corner and in every supermarket. Our goal is to “defy ordinary pizza” and revive the true meaning of pizzeria, to give people a taste of original, old world Pizza Napoletana.
We serve only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients and, whenever possible, source our toppings from local providers to serve you the freshest, best tasting food possible.
Our dough is handmade daily using all-natural ingredients and no added sugar, and we use a slow-rise method to bring out the natural flavor of the grain.
And of course, all Rebel Pies are fired to perfection in our 800° wood-burning oven, imported from Italy.
