Richie Santos came to real estate from the Business world. While negotiating commercial lease terms with landlords and various agents for his employer throughout New York City, he realized that Real Estate more than just a simple transaction. His business experience enabled him to quickly find creative solutions for those occasional hurdles in all types of real estate rentals or sales.

Despite the analytical approach, Richie strives to to achieve an easy, fun and fulfilling experience. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is his passion. His client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate him most.

His Real Estate career began in January of 2008. Richie is fluent in both English and Spanish and has lived in New York City all of his life. He holds a BA in Business Management from SUNY Empire State College.
