The Ridgefield Science & Tech Camp is all about learning and having fun. Every day campers will actively engage in science projects, video and photography workshops, and learn about new technologies including 3D printing, drone aerial photography, iMovie, RC Cars, among others. Campers will have a hands on experience in all of the workshops.
Camp leaders Luke Boylan and Ryan Slaminko are both big fans of science, digital media, and all types breakthrough technologies. Having attended some of really cool technology camps themselves, built 3D printers and remote control cars, been recognized for their digital media and photography, they are eager to share their knowledge with all.
The camp is oriented to girls and boys in grades K-8. Campers will be divided into age appropriate groups. Sign up quickly as there are limited slots due to the hands on activities and low ratio of campers to counselors.
