Riverside Pediatrics

We are open! Georgetown and the surrounding areas now have a new option for pediatric care! Dr. Jonathan Elias and Dr. Michelle Steffen, both pediatricians well known to the area, have come together to create Riverside Pediatrics and offer exceptional medical care to the children in this community. They are thrilled to have Beka Hanna, PNP, with them as well.

Dr. Elias, Dr. Steffen, and Beka Hanna, PNP, understand the importance of a pediatric medical home, and provide state of the art medical care in a welcoming small town environment.

We are also excited to announce our partnership with Redwine Counseling! Kathy Redwine is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a certified play therapist. She has been providing therapeutic services to our community from Georgetown to Myrtle Beach since 2013. Kathy has a dedicated, fully equipped office within Riverside Pediatrics which provides easy access for the behavioral therapy and counseling needs of our patients and the community.

Riverside Pediatrics is also at the forefront of technology in pediatrics. We are affiliated with MUSC Health Telemedicine and offer telemedicine services in our office. We also have a fully-integrated electronic medical record with an excellent patient portal designed to make your child's health information readily available to you. The patient portal makes your life easier by allowing you to schedule appointments, request prescription refills, and ask questions electronically through the portal.

Riverside Pediatrics is located at 435 Marina Drive (just across the bridges from Pawleys Island) in historic Georgetown, South Carolina. Our office hosts separate sick and well waiting rooms, 9 exam rooms, and a counseling office. Kid-friendly décor abounds! From our fish tank in the waiting room to our pediatric tables, your children will be excited to come to the doctor!
