RiverView BBQ

RiverView BBQ serves traditional Southern BBQ smoked low and slow over hickory and oak... this approach renders a moist flavorful meat. Our pulled pork spends over 13 hours in the smoker. All our meat is smoked to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees. The pinkish hue combined with the dark exterior is called the "smoke ring", and is the effect the smoke has on the meat during the cooking process. The dark exterior is called "bark", and ultimately adds to the unique flavor of our BBQ.
