National Sales and Product Trainer for a major import automotive manufacture. Facilitate and consult dealerships on sales processes and product information.

General Sales Manager tasked with turning an underperforming location into the 150 – 200 car store it should be on paper. Within 60 days, scaling back a 13-person sales staff, whom were averaging 40 new and used cars per month – to 6 sales people selling over 104 units and quadrupling gross profits.

Sales Manager with humble beginnings in a small 4 car, “boutique” showroom, turning into a $8.5 million dollar facility shattering records monthly.

Sales Consultant/Internet Sales Manager at a luxury car store. A record setting month at a 2 year old store, that opened the doors to management.

SUMMARY

Aside from my recent accomplishments, I also have an extensive history in service and retail sales, within the automotive field. I have been responsible for the direct management of a dealership including; sales, marketing and promotions, customer growth, revenue production, staff – hiring, training and development- inventory control and other key result areas. Throughout my career, I believed it necessary to be a constant student of sales and continue my training through numerous books, online groups and networking. I have been exposed to the automotive industry my entire life and understand the vehicles, the in-dealer expectations and speak to this with tremendous confidence and conviction.
