We do not endorse, nor are we responsible for the accuracy of the information, opinions, claims or advice shared by other Facebook users. We do endorse a friendly community and strongly encourage respect of others and their comments.

Rockville Town Square Facebook Terms of Use

All users of this Facebook page must comply with Facebook’s Terms of Use and Rockville Town Square (“RTS”) Terms of Use. The statements, comments, reviews, photographs, videos and other materials posted by fans of the RTS Facebook page (collectively “User Postings”) do not necessarily reflect the opinions or views of RTS.
Please note, that while we have no obligation to monitor the User Postings, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove User Postings that are:

1.) Abusive, defamatory or obscene, otherwise violate the legal rights (such as intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights) of others
2.) Fraudulent, false, deceptive or misleading
3.) Offensive--graphically or in tone
4.) Solicitations of any kind
5.)Promoting that of a competing center/business
6.)Containing any computer viruses or other programs that may damage a person’s computer.
7.)Illegal under any applicable law, rule, regulation or order.

Submission of User Postings gives Rockville Town Square a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable worldwide license to use, copy, modify, delete, adapt, publish, translate, sell, display, perform or distribute such content you post on the RTS Facebook page or in any other media or format, whether now known or hereafter created, without further approval by you or compensation by RTS. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary permissions from any third parties shown or heard in the User Posting or for any third-party content provided or incorporated into the User Posting. You agree to indemnify RTS and its officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any losses, expenses (including attorney’s fees), damages, liabilities or lawsuit arising out of your User Posting.

RTS does not endorse and does not make any representations or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding any User Postings or their accuracy.
