The Rodney J. Evans Civic Center at the Florala City Park provides two business meeting rooms. These rooms can be set up in a classroom or banquet style setting with round tables for groups from 20 to 200. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remainder to be paid 14 days prior to the event. A $200 damage deposit is required the day of the event but is refundable if the building is left in the condition that it is found. Otherwise a $100 cleaning fee is charged. The building is rented "As Is". This facility is also perfect for weddings, family or class reunions. An amphitheater with a 20 by 30 foot stage is also available for rent.
A day is considered a 12 hour rental.
A half day is considered a 6 hour rental.
