He has over ten years of experience in marketing, partnerships, negotiations, and customer relations as the head of operations for his successful martial arts and personal development center in Morton Grove.

As a business owner, Roger serves and works with over hundreds of children, teens, and adults along with their families where he continues to work to educate students around building leadership skills and confidence. Roger has had remarkable success in a challenging environment, and his strong work ethic and customer service skills allow him to navigate the sales process in a competitive marketplace.

Roger enjoys the North Shore community and its special amenities and is very aware of the expectations and service requirements of North Shore buyers and sellers. He also prides himself in his passion for providing excellent service to his clients, developing long-term relationships, and going above and beyond expectations. When not traveling and exploring, Roger can be found spending time with his family, reading a book or walking his two miniature schnauzers, CJ and Remy.
