The duo bring over 20 years of Japanese fine dining restaurant experience coupled with extensive knowledge in the area of health and medicine; the perfect combination for this venture.

Roll It Sushi & Teriyaki’s mission is to provide a quick-service version of authentic Japanese restaurant quality food that is a fresh, healthy, and affordable alternative to typical fast food eating by integrating premium ingredients in each made-to-order menu item. From the fresh fish and vegetables for our rolls to the filet mignon for our steak teriyaki, to all our fresh sauces and dressings made in-house, these are just some of the many high-quality ingredients we use to make each dish for you.
