Trained for more than 14 years in Korea, Toronto, and Atlanta, Chef David continues his path of study and taste creation at Roll Me, devel­oping unprece­dented, multi-cultural combi­na­tions using his impec­cable knowl­edge of tech­nique, flavor, and texture. We offer a wide variety of options to satisfy every palette, including, Sushi, Hibachi & Fried Rice, and Korean BBQ.

Chef David is methodical in his approach to his craft likens himself to a scientist working at balancing the perfect flavor combinations, textures and visual appeal.
