RMW Fitness Bootcamp makes it fun and effective to workout because it uses an at-your-own-pace design. This is perfect if you haven't ever worked out before or if you're a fitness expert wanting to mix it up.
There is no intimidation factor here at all, just fun fitness for anyone and everyone. You can slow it down or speed it up as much as you want.
During the session I don't ever want to work you into the ground. That never provides healthy results. I just want you to bring a little motivation and that's all you'll need.
After stretching, we get in 28 to 32 minutes of fun group interval training using exiting and new challenging exercises/team games each week.
Interval training is great for anyone no matter what your skill level is because it's a mixture of exercises within a workout performed at your ability. There is always a modification for any exercise that is too difficult to perform and also an advancement if the exercise is too easy.
Over time, your body will learn the form and you can increase your intensity. This is why we use the at-your-own-pace method, so that anyone can do it, no matter your age or expert level!
This is an amazing program to start a healthy routine and kick start your life. Bring your friends, family, significant other, or work buddies to work out beside you and challenge you!

Young Teens/Teen Fitness is a fun group training program designed for kids/young teens.The workouts focus on providing a base into fitness using fun exercises. Lowering childhood obesity is the Kids fitness clubhouse's primary goal. This new innovate program also promotes, team building, problem solving, increasing coordination, and social interaction skills. ages 6+
