Basic single level home under 2300 sq. ft. A deep clean starts at $175.00 this is dependent upon condition of home (2 story has an additional charge) anything over 2300 is rounded up to the next thousand such as 3000 sq. ft. ADDITIONAL $75 per 1000 sq. ft.
Deep clean includes:
All walls (where needed), baseboards, doors and frames, all windows (inside ONLY), window seals/tracks, all floors swept/vacuumed, mopped, light dusting, all cabinets cleaned inside and out and polished, and all ceiling fans.
Bedrooms: vacuumed, wiped down
Kitchen: counters, cabinets, all appliances inside and out, swept, mopped
Bathrooms: toilet, vanity, cabinets (inside and out), tub/shower
Regular cleaning every two weeks AFTER DEEP CLEAN $80.00 (sq. ft. rule/single level rule still applies) Once a month $100.00
I work off referrals I will discount ONE cleaning $15.00 per referral
LAWN CARE SERVICES CAN BE PROVIDED AS WELL FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGE
