Royal China opened in 1974, by our beloved patriarch Shu-Chang “Buck” Kao, a retired Chinese diplomat from Taiwan, and it has been in our family ever since. Three generations, so far!
In that time, Royal China has seen a few cosmetic changes, but our foundations have stayed firm. We believe that food should honor the body and soul and only be made with the freshest, most nourishing ingredients, and we also aspire to provide a delicious, innovative, and exciting menu for our guests.
Most important, we carry on Buck's tradition of warm hospitality and sense of family to all who enter our door, and hope to do so for generations to come.
