RPP Fitness, Home of Great Falls CrossFit offers many different opportunities to improve your overall fitness through General Physical Preparedness. We offer a 2 week beginners course Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6pm, where we teach you all required movements to do any workout. We also have 9 different classes throughout the week and 2 classes on Saturday. We have a ladies night Wednesday night at 6:30pm coached by Jinnie and Jaime.
