Russell Scarborough Trio

I've been leading Norfolk based jazz groups since the seventies,notably a quintet featuring trumpeter Blake Wallace in the nineties and a trio w pianist Tim McDonald in 2003.
The current trio became a reality in 2011 when restaurateur Jeff Brown offered me a regular Sunday brunch gig. I called guitarist Eldon Sully and bassist Dave Hufstedler and we played at Cotton Southern Bistro for FIVE YEARS. During that period the trio included guitarists Aaron Weibe,Jason Cale,Tony Mata....bassists J.R.Erb,Wes Smith,Ryan Persaud and other capable cats.
