Saint Ann's Residence

Our mission is to provide a caring home for seniors where they can find calm from the storms of life, regardless of status. Residents are encouraged to live as independently as possible with support services available to meet their individual needs. St. Ann's is an Independent and Assisted living facility, that has been providing charity to the community for 53 years. Many of our customers come to us with little or no assets. Sometimes they don't have the available funds for a deposit fee, or enough social security or retirement funds to afford even our lowest priced room. Our organization does not turn anyone away based on their inability to pay, and we work with them on a case-by-case basis. As a non-profit organization, we offer reduced rent in the marketplace, adjusted or reduced rent for those in need, and accept HUD rental subsidies and waived admission fees. We also assist those in need of healthcare services through the Elderly Waiver program. This is a governmental, subsidized program that does not reimburse our organization for 100% of the cost of the individual's care.
