***For custom orders or large orders, payment is expected up front. I have a Paypal link where you can submit a payment. I will not begin working on the item until payment is received.

***If there is an error or defect with the shirt or vinyl, I will correct the
error or defect at no cost to you.

***Please allow at minimum 1 week to complete your requested item unless it is a bulk order.

***Cost of item increases if you request specialty vinyl such as a pattern or glitter.

***If you previously requested a customized shirt and did not pay for it when it was completed, it is best you go to another vendor . This is why the pre-payment policy is now in effect.
