More about Samba Brazilian Cuisine

Samba Brazilian Cuisine it is a catering company with a new concept of Brazilian street food. Our main goal is to provide an excellent service and extraordinary experience with our food.

We are a family company and we started operate in the farmers market in 2012.

Samba's environment is full of fun, good energy, good food and amazing people.
We want to introduce and expand the quality of Brazilian popular gastronomy in San Diego area.

Samba provides different kinds of Brazilian food, and our specialty is the delicious "Pastel", which is a sort of a super big Empanada. But, Pastel has a much thinner dough, and it is crispy, stuffed with many fillings as Beef & Green olives or Chicken and Cream Cheese and deep fried in vegetable oil for few seconds.

We also provide the purest Acai Bowls in town, which is served with a simple topped with Granola, bananas, Strawberry, Coconut & Honey. Our Acai Bowls gives its audience a real sense of how we enjoy Acai in Brazil... It is the Real thing :)

We make different kinds of finger foods. For example, we have our delicious Coxinha, which the is a made of potatoes Dough, stuffed with chicken & cream cheese, our you can order different flavors.

We provide many other Goods, for example: "Pão de Queijo" (Cheese Breads), which is probably one of the best options for a quick taste of Brazilian food. Pao de Queijo is gluten Free and it matches really well with a cup of Acai Smoothie.

We are proud to announce that we will be the pioneers here in San Diego selling TAPIOCA Crepes.
TAPIOCA will be the next BIG THING when it comes to diet/gastronomy. Tapioca is gluten free, nuts free, dairy free, and you can customize its flavor, which can be sweet or savory. You should try Tapioca, its amazing good.

We have stands at different farmers market in San Diego, and we will continue to operate on Sundays at the Hillcrest farmers market. Also, we operate our stand once a week at two of the biggest universities in the Country, UCSD and SDSU.
