Our Beliefs Statement of Faith SJCEC of the CM&A Stand
What our SJCEC faith is Christ followers. God is the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit), how He relates to us, and how we relate to Him is foundational in its teachings of the Word of God. We wholeheartedly serve Him and the people of His world, based soundly according the Bible. We live and die by these words and believe they bring the only life worth living—one wholly & fully committed to Christ Jesus the King of kings and th Lord of lords.

We’re Christ-Centered
Our San Jose Cambodian Evangelical Church of the CM&A family celebrates Jesus—the image of the invisible God, the Lord of all Creation. Colossians 2:9-10 "9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, 10 and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority."

We Are Family and Love Neighbors in Christ Jesus
We are convinced it is only by the Holy Spirit’s empowerment that we can fully express Jesus’ love, compassion, and mercy to those who do not know Him (Acts 1:8 "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

We are part of Christ’s Church—His chosen means tofulfill His purposes on earth, restoring a lost and broken world until He returns to reclaim it. A member of the San Jose Cambodian Evangelical Church of the CM&A. Our family of Christ extends His love to everyone we meet; we walk with our neighbors through the steep challenges life brings, introducing them to the One who offers true hope. We plant church in spiritually thirsty neighborhoods, discipling and mentoring new believers to become healthy, passionate Jesus followers (Romans 12:5 "so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another").

"4 For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future.5 There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism,6 one God and Father of all, who is over all, in all, and living through all. 16 He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love. (Ephesians 4:4-6,16)"
