For more than 25 years, Santa Cruz Strong has offered clients personalized fitness coaching and training for all levels of fitness, in the privacy of a small gym. Santa Cruz Strong's clients come from a wide range of skills, ages and interests and include students, families, athletes, retirees and more. Our Trainers partner with each client to design appropriate, yet challenging, health and fitness programs with their clients’ individual goals and fitness levels as a guiding factor.
