VENDORS INFORMATION:
There are several ways to reserve a booth for the Santuck Flea Market:
1. At the Flea Market Rental Office
Your current booth is on hold for you up to 2 weeks after each Flea Market. The easiest way to reserve it, or change the booth you want, is to pay for advance months at the office while you are here for the current Flea Market.
2. Through the mail:

Once we get your check, we will call you to help select an appropriate booth location to reserve for you. You can then bring your required items listed below to the Community Center Office on Friday or Saturday of the Flea Market.

Booth Information:
All booths are 18’ x 19' and cost $35 per booth / per month.
We have several power poles through out the grounds, so electricity is available on a first come - first serve basis to booths that are within extension cord reach of those. If you need electricity, we can help you choose an appropriate booth and estimate the length of extension cord that you will need.
Food vendors will all be centrally located around the Community Center Building itself.
Vendors will need to provide us with the following:
1. Name, mailing and physical address, phone numbers, email address.
2. Photo ID.
3. Elmore County Vendor’s License. (Available at the Elmore County Probate Office 334-567-1142) This license must also be displayed in our booth.
4. If you are a food vendor, you will also need a Health Department License from any county in the State of Alabama.
Note: Once we have your documentation, we will assign you a Vendor # for our flea Market and these items will be kept on file. You do not have to provide them every time you come but you are required to display your Elmore County Vendor’s License in your booth.
Vendor general information:
The Santuck Flea Market operates from daylight until 2 pm (rain or shine) on the first Saturday of each month from March until December.
The Flea Market grounds are open for set up on Fridays beginning at 8am and we ask that all vendors be set up no later than 6 am on Saturday.
The Flea Market reserves the right to cancel the event in the case of extreme or dangerous weather.
Vendor vehicles must be parked within the lines of your booth space OR in the back of the paved church parking lot.
Booth rental fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
The sale of firearms, alcohol, pornography, counterfeit or illegal goods is prohibited.
No animals are allowed to be sold, and pets are not allowed on the property.
The sale of any Coca-Cola Products or bottled water is prohibited.
The Santuck Flea Market has an exclusive contract with Coca-Cola for the sale of their products on the grounds.
The AL Open Carry Law is NOT honored at the Santuck Flea Market.
Security is provided by the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department and parking is supervised by the Santuck Fire Department.
The Santuck Flea Market is a non-profit organization and is not affiliated with Santuck Baptist Church.
Vendors are responsible for the clean up and trash removal from your booth area no later than 4pm on Saturday. No trash should be left on the property when you leave. If it comes with you, it needs to leave with you.
No loud music or profanity is allowed.
The Rental Office will be open on Flea Market Fridays from 2 pm until 8 pm and on Saturdays from 4 am until 2 pm.
The Community Center Kitchen will be open on Fridays from 5 pm until 8 pm and on Saturdays from 5 am through lunch.
Ice is available for purchase through the kitchen.
Restrooms and Portalets are available throughout the grounds.
