We pride ourselves in understatement and in not being “regler”. When we opened in 2007 we made two decisions that were critical to us. We decided to concentrate on just two menu items—our pies and our salads. At Scamotz it really is “all about the pies”. We also decided not to advertise. We felt that if word of mouth couldn’t carry us forward then maybe we were not supposed to be here. Well, we’re still here.
