A must have is the Pan Seared Halibut grapefruit, with a pear and passion fruit relish, this dish also comes with a spinach lobster gratine and a warm tri colored orzo tomato and asparagus salad. Don't forget chocolate lava cake for dessert. All of the chefs selections are created using the freshest seasonal ingredients from purveyors whose standards are as exacting as his own.
