Second Chance Refuge Ministries is a religious non-profit organization that has been in existence for over twenty-five years. We began as a holiday feeding program for the homeless, which has now evolved into a faith-based drug and alcohol rehabilitation center/ halfway house called Second Chance Refuge Ministries, Inc.Second Chance Refuge Ministries' focus is to rehabilitate and restore persons spiritually, mentally, and physically through supportive services, education and employment thus leading to productive citizens.
