Welcome to Seeds of Life Birth Services!

I am Christine, a certified labor and post partum doula (Doula Trainings International). As a labor doula my goal is to support my clients unconditionally in creating their own unique birth vision. I hope to empower women to trust their bodies and the birthing process. My goal as a post partum doula is to provide support and mentorship to my clients to make their transition as smooth as possible. I encourage my clients to make their own sound research based decisions during pregnancy, labor and the post partum period.
