Code of Conduct:

• Show respect to all members of the Shaolin Lohan Pai and it's affiliates.
• No unjustified violence in or out of the school (We promote PEACE).
• Take care of the training hall and equipment of the school. If you break it... you are responsible for fixing it or paying to have it fixed. Any damage caused by you must be resolved as quickly as possible.
• Maintain a good reputation for the Shaolin Lohan Pai and it's affiliates.
• Consciously bow anytime you enter or leave the Kwoon while facing towards the shrine.
• There will be no foul language used anywhere in the vicinity of the school. There are other more positive ways to express one’s self.
• All physical activities are restricted to the Kwoon (including horseplay).
• There will be no unauthorized music played in the Kwoon (especially during class times).
• You are not to handle anyone’s weapons without their permission (especially the Instructor's weapons).
• Place all personal items neatly in the cabinets / lockers of the Kwoon.
• Any Pupil or Disciple who consistently misses their scheduled class will be held back to the previous chambered class. This is based on the judgment of the respective instructor of that class.
• If you are held back three (3) or more times... you may be terminated from the “Shaolin Lohan Pai”.
• No member is allowed to participate in Martial Arts tournaments without the specific consent and knowledge of your instructor.
• The use of Illegal drugs is strictly prohibited while you are a member of the “Shaolin Lohan Pai”.
• Your membership with the “Shaolin Lohan Pai” is contingent upon upholding the standards of the school and its corresponding affiliates.
• If you decide to participate with a different school of Martial Arts... you must discuss it with your perspective instructor first.
• If you have an issue with another student or instructor... you must discuss it with either the instructor or their superior before any action is taken on your own.
• Keep your uniform clean, dry and serviceable (in good condition w/ sash and patches. You must wear this uniform to participate in class.
• Notify the school of any address, email or phone number changes.
• Be prepared for all scheduled classes / events (IE. Complete Uniform, weapon, etc.).
• Make your dues payments on time as scheduled. Subject to payment policies.
• You will be restricted from participating in classes if your dues payment is seven (7) or more days late.
• You may be terminated from the Shaolin Lohan Pai if your dues, and all applicable fees, becomes more than ninety-one (91) days late. All accounts must be brought to a zero balance before account will be closed.
• Show-up to class on time (within 15 minutes).
• Regularly check the bulletin board for messages and notices.
• Notify your Instructor if you will not be able to attend class as scheduled at least one (1) hour before class.
• The last class of each evening is responsible for the care and cleaning of the Kwoon.
• Since no one other than members of the School are allowed in the Kwoon… it is your responsibility to enforce this policy. Only Instructors may allow others to watch class or open the Kwoon to the public.
• Your actions and appearance reflect on the “Shaolin Lohan School of Kung Fu”, your Instructors and your fellow students! Be conscious of that fact at all times.
• Bridgeton, MO Chapter -- Space is unavailable for any purpose, other than quiet office work, meditation etc. during worship hours between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Sunday and 5:00 PM. to 8:00 PM on Saturday.
