Shapes facilities offer 40+ group training classes per week top of the line selectorized and free weight equipment, a full range of cardio equipment as well as spa like amenities.

When you visit, our lifestyle consultant will talk to you about your goals, or help you create some if you haven't thought about it yet. We will offer to you a complimentary healthy lifestyle assessment, and suggest ways where you can benefit from our community.
