Our Web services consultant company recently asked us for information about a salon standard that is being used across the country …… and Shear Innovations could state that our salon staff has a combined 170+ years in the Cosmetology field. But lets be honest, if X amount of people provided X years of average work at X salon that is really not a good benchmark.

New clients that tell us they never had a shampoo like this, they never had such a wonderful facial, their hair color never looked so good, their wedding hair and makeup was exceptional and we helped provide comforting support on that special day, when customers ask for business cards and brochures to give to their friends and co-workers are the standards that we have to live up to. Especially when we put the above customer’s comments and actions here for you to see.

Sales and coupons are rare from Shear Innovations. We don’t bombard our facebook friends with weekly discounts and chatter. The only times we have “specials” are during the introductions of employees who are new to the area, special events or have achieved new certifications, and when we are gifting our services or products for a special cause such as breast cancer, Wounded Warriors, animal rescue, or other charitable events. We believe our staff builds it’s business on the three R’s for Cosmetology: Retention, Recommendation and Reputation. And that only occurs with excited clients.
