We believe that singles are complete in Christ at Wedgwood and we would love the opportunity to fellowship with you! Our singles ministry is comprised of singles from all backgrounds and generations and we build community through discipleship. Like our page and come to our events, everyone is always welcome!

Our goal is that everyone at Wedgwood is Experiencing Christ Together to Transform Our World.

Contagious Passion:

Our goal is that you would experience the contagious passion, presence & power of Christ Jesus.

Sunday AM services - held each Sunday at 9 AM and 10:35 AM – A “blend” of contemporary and traditional style of music with life-changing exposition of the Bible.

Sunday PM prayer meeting - we meet each Sunday at 6 PM to focus on seeking The Lord as a church. Prayer-focused worship is combined with actively seeking Christ for enjoyable, sustainable, powerful prayer that refreshes and restores.


Joyful Relationships:

Our goal is that you will make joyful, lasting relationships with friends you can count on.

Welcome! You will be welcomed all the way from the front doors, to your time with us, and afterwards by a follow up email or call from our Pastor, ministerial staff and deacons.

Sunday School - we have groups from babies to Senior adults that meet at 9:00 AM and 10:35 AM for Bible study and fellowship. This is a huge opportunity to connect with others.

Gender Ministries - Wedgwood has women’s and men’s ministries which provide opportunities to connect with others via small group bible studies, annual conferences and quarterly breakfasts.

Singles Ministries – Wedgwood wants singles to know they are compete in Christ as singles. We have Singles Life Groups, fellowship opportunities and service opportunities for single adults ages 20-something to 50-something.

Wednesday meal - fellowship meal is served every Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM in our Community Life Center (CLC or gym). We offer a full meal and salad bar. Cost for the meal which includes salad bar is: ages 17+ – $3.50, ages 10-16 – $2.00, under age 10 – $1.00, salad bar only – $2.00, hotdog and chips – $1.00. There’s a $12.00 “cap” for families.


Healing Grace:

Our goal is that you get the healing grace needed to make progress in your life.

Counseling & Community are ministries that provide a wide range of support from licensed professional counseling to support groups, benevolence care and marriage/relationship enrichment.

Discipleship provides opportunities to deepen relationships, practice spiritual disciplines, and participate in ministry.

Children’s Nehemiah Kids (NK) and Leaders in Training (LIT) is a discipleship program for 1st-6th graders which teaches the spiritual disciplines of Christ lordship, prayer, personal Bible study, applying God’s word, evangelism and utilizing their gifts in ministry. These ministries meet each Wednesday at 6:00 PM.
Student Discipleship helps students 7th – 12th grade experience relationship-based small group discipleship. Students meet at 6:00 PM for “Breakaway” worship services, then at 7:00 PM for small group discipleship.
Adult Life Apps are topical-based classes that cover a wide range of practical Christian living. The classes focus on “connecting life to the Lord and His Word.” Classes meet on Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings during the fall and spring semesters.

Membership - we have a church membership process designed not only to tell you about Wedgwood Baptist Church, but also provides personal help by our ministerial staff to connect you in relationship and ministry.

Ministries - Wedgwood has a lot going on and has many opportunities to serve. Opportunities include everything from greeting, to ministering in apartment complexes, to leading Bible studies, leading groups, and serving on Committees,

Missions - Wedgwood has active partnerships with mission endeavors in South America, Wales, and Africa. But we also have mission opportunities in our community through partnerships with area elementary schools via our Good News Clubs, Kids Hope USA and Read-to-Win. We also have very active ministries in local apartment complexes.
