Six By Two Boutique

Six By Two Boutique currently accepts Paypal. If you wish to pay by credit card, you can pay through PayPal. You do not need to open a Paypal account for credit card transactions. You must follow the "Checkout with PayPal" link and then you will click the section that says "Don't have a PayPal Account? Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest". Then all you need to do is enter your card info.
All items will be shipped to your PayPal address, so please make sure it is correct! This is the only way we are protected under Paypal’s seller policy! If you need your purchase shipped to another address, please let me know in the Notes section during checkout. Also, items will not be shipped until payment is received and CLEARED, no exceptions.

Unpaid orders will be canceled within 24 hours unless otherwise arranged.

All items are shipped in the US via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified.
Expedited shipping can be purchased at an additional cost.

All items are shipped to your Etsy address. Please make sure this address is correct when placing an order or message me if there is a change.

Refunds are not issued for wrong size purchases. Please message me if there is a question of size. Refunds are only issued if there is a sewing issue, i.e. seam rip or incomplete stitching. Product must be returned to receive refund.

All items are made in a smoke free environment. When items leave the studio, they are free from smells/odors. Seller is not responsible for postal workers who smoke around packages.

Please note that all items are not pre-washed. Care instructions will be provided with your package.

Six By Two Boutique is not responsible for lost packages or those damaged en route.

All custom orders must be paid for in advance before supplies are purchased and item is made. Buyer will be sent a picture of the item before it is shipped.

Custom embroidery specifications should be included in checkout notes. Please indicate thread color and name or initials exactly as they appear (first, LAST, middle). Thread choices may be viewed by clicking on additional images for each product. Most every color is available.

Absolutely NO RETURNS on special custom items or color change requests.
