Smack Shack Chicago

A casual, coastal restaurant located in the West Loop of Chicago, Smack Shack was named for the boats used to catch lobster. Smack Shack was launched as a food truck in 2010, serving lobster rolls to legions of fans in downtown Minneapolis. Since that beginning, Smack Shack has grown and now operates the kitchen at The 1029 Bar in NE Minneapolis, featured on The Food Network's "Diners Drive Ins and Dives", a full service restaurant in Minneapolis and now the Chicago location. In addition to the acclaimed lobster rolls, a permanent boil located in the center of the restaurant serves lobster, shrimp and king crab boils daily. The menu offers much more than seafood and also features po'boys, a great burger, chicken and waffles, steak and a full rack of ribs!

The atmosphere is fun and welcoming - no jackets required!
