We smoke all of our high-quality meats in-house using apple and hickory wood to give them a bold smoky flavor. With our four homemade distinctive barbecue sauces, we're sure to please even the pickiest eater.
Our specialty is sliced brisket which is rubbed in our “Smokey Dust”, marinated for 24 hours then slow-cooked for 12 hours. Another customer favorite is our baby back Chicago-style ribs. Although we are a BBQ place, non-meat-eaters also have plenty of great options including fish, veggie burgers, portabella mushroom sandwich and salads.
